Solve the various puzzles and talk with the island's inhabitants to uncover what is really going on. But is something sinister afoot? Who is telling the truth? Who can you really trust? Using your logic is the only way you're going to win. This has been made with the love and inspiration of the point and click adventure games of the 90s. This game is part of a 2 part series. This is part 1 and part 2 will be out very shortly. Most Point and Click games take this approach in order to send content out to players of the game quickly rather than holding the whole project back. Part 2 becomes darker in tone, there are more characters to meet and a whole new wrath of puzzles to ponder over and solve. Bayou Island is completely free-to-play and there are no in-game purchases. Originally we implemented the old verb system that was used in old Point and Click Adventure titles but have found that the audience has now turned to the new compass menu system in preference. We are excited to learn what you now think of this. A number of other Point and Click titles use voice acting and this is certainly one feature we aim to implement soon.
