Hot Lava transports you back to your childhood imagination. Relive those moments of excitement, joy, and chaos. Run, jump, climb, and surf in first person across nostalgia-packed environments flooded with hot molten lava. Explore alone, or join your friends. This is a game of dexterity and ingenuity, you will have to use all your skills to complete the treacherous obstacles that await. But whatever you do… Don’t Touch The Floor FEATURES Together: Conquer challenging worlds with up to four of your friends with drop in-drop out multiplayer. Traverse: Run, jump, climb, swing, boost, and surf in first person across lava filled worlds. Mastering execution will take dedication and skill. Explore: Detailed environments jam packed with childhood nostalgia. Compete: To find the fastest route using shortcuts and expert execution on the friends leaderboard. Avoid: Lava, toxic waste, bottomless pits, and crushers. Danger is around every corner.

Spring is here! What better way to celebrate a new season than with new ways to jump, boost, and surf: A new community-created map “Sunshine Shore”; a new Chase course in School; and a revitalizing energy drink to put some pep in your step. Take a leap and see what’s in bloom! CONTROLS You can now swap touch control movement between directional pad and virtual analog stick. Open the in-game menu and click the button in the upper left corner. MUSIC You can now listen to your own music while you boost through the world of Hot Lava. This option is on by default, but you can turn off “Prioritize Other Audio” in Settings if you miss those Hot Lava jams. SUNSHINE SHORE What says “spring” better than getting ready for summer? “Sunshine Shore” delivers six beach-themed courses in this new Klei-curated Community Map. Experience fun in the sun and some scorching hot sand that’ll toast your tootsies — so stay off the ground! Completing each course unlocks a unique beach-themed accessory. Collect all six! NEW COURSE By popular demand, we’ve added an all-new ‘Chase Your Sister’ course to replace the challenging ‘Chase the Grade’ course in School. This new course is more on par with the other ‘Chase’ courses in the game, so if you’ve been stuck trying to get past this level, give it another try. Those looking to score another A+ can still access their beloved ‘Chase the Grade’ as a trial in Mrs. DeAngelis’ art room. Complete it to unlock a new item. ENERGY DRINK For those speed demons who are looking to put an extra pep in their step we’ve added a new energy drink — “EdgyX” — so loaded with energy just holding it will give your character an extra boost. If you get thirsty in a course, you’ll have to back out to the overworld to refresh yourself: EdgyX cans can be found in all the overworlds. And of course we have our usual crop of bug fixes, performance improvements, and visual upgrades to make the game run better on your device. Additionally, we tuned challenge times to be more achievable. Take care, have fun, and stay off the floor!
